Job Description

Our client one of the organizational consulting firms in UAE requires Administrative / Accounts Assistant for their operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should be an Indian Male with at least 3 – 5 years of experience working in administration and accounts.

Responsibilities include:

–         Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

–         Perform basic Accounting functions as needed.

–         Manage the day-to-day banking transaction and business operations of the office.

–         Ensure operations are run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling, records management, telecommunications management, security, wellness, and transportation services.

–         Maintain a safe and secure work environment to work.

–         Provides supplies by identifying needs for different departments and establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.

–         Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.

–         Interface with clients to meet various needs.

–         To carry out Admin-related tasks efficiently- should have know-how of formalities/ rules & regulations/ official procedure/ paperwork of the working environment in UAE.

–         Performs other clerical / administration duties as and when assigned by the managers.

 

Skills Required:

–         Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in administration / accounting.

–         Should have demonstrated high degree of ethics and integrity and a connection with the organization’s corporate mission and values.

–         High energy, positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

–         Highly effective communication, interpersonal and cross cultural skills.

–         Ability to work as a collaborative team member in support of and conjunction with formal and informal team members.

–         Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt effectively to change.

–         Ability to handle confidential information

–         Must be organized, quick thinking and efficient

–         Ability to work with minimal supervision
