Job Description

Our client one of the leading Auditing, Accounting and Consulting Firm in UAE, requires a Marketing Coordinator for their operations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a Female with at least 3 – 5 years experience.

Job Description:

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary
  • Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
  • Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence
  • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Organizing sales promotional campaigns moreover participate in events and conferences
  • Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
  • Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department
  • Liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets
  • Plans, promotes, and executes sales meetings
  • Assists with the development and preparation of presentations.
  • Takes minutes during conference calls and meetings.
  • Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data.
  • Develops and maintains monthly sales reports and other reports as required
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents

Skills Required:

  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision are essential.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and capable of thinking outside the box.
  • Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread marketing materials.
