Job Description

We HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants requires a Relationship Manager – Investment, for our operations in United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing merger and acquisition deals, managing and investing large monetary funds, assisting clients in buying and selling business units.

Duties and responsibilities include

  • Work closely with clients at senior levels moreover advising about how to meet targets and create investment capital
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand business
  • Manage corporate, strategic and financial opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, bonds and shares and lending
  • Identifies innovative business opportunities to help clients expand and grow
  • Guides clients through expansion of corporate or personal enterprise to maximise profits
  • Works with clients to determine amounts of capital needed to meet business goals, and identifies markets or products from which to raise capital
  • Prepares legal and financial documents to complete purchases, investments, and acquisitions
  • Consults with lawyers and other financial experts as necessary to ensure legality and the best possible outcome for new deals
  • Conduct strategic research and due diligence investigations, to understand the possibility of arranging funds
  • Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
  • Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns
  • Use financial modelling to predict outcomes moreover negotiating and structuring financial details
  • Assists clients with restructuring large debt obligations by negotiating agreements with financial institutions and government agencies
  • Secures and arranges mergers and acquisitions on behalf of clients

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Master’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Three or more years of experience in a finance background
  • Ability to build network with high net worth clients
  • Proven track record of closing business deals with high net worth clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
