Job Description

Our client one of the leading investment companies in UAE requires Relationship Manager – Well Management / Capital / Trade Finance for their operations in Dubai, UAE. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills with sound knowledge and understanding of the topography and operations of Banks/Financial Institutions/PE Funds/Customer Relations in UAE / GCC countries with prior working experience in the said region.

Job Description:

§  Identifying and developing new market opportunities across UAE.

§  Support the strategic planning process through various initiatives and priorities, and partner with the team to prepare variety of presentations and proposals according to client needs

§  Follow up all incoming leads, determine the best way of establishing contact with the client to establish their needs and present an appropriate solution.

§  Build and maintain relationships with key prospects and senior personnel in client organizations

§  Oversees communication with shareholders and handles shareholder requests for information.

§  Identify opportunities to increase footprint throughout all covered clients

§  Documenting and communicating strategy discussions and implementation.

§  Effectively addressing a range of customer needs, to include mutual fund inquiries, asset allocation discussions, brokerage needs, basic tax-free and deferred investments, trust and estate planning, as well as in mergers and acquisitions

§  Partnering with the adviser and implementing a structured client contact strategy and promoting annual guidance reviews

§  Conducting basic guidance preparation discussions with clients that support the overall strategies developed for the client by the Financial Consultant.

Skills Required:

§  Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, via telephone and face-to-face consultations

§  Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

§  Strong interest in investment banking and the financial markets

§  Extensive knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes and policies.

§  Strong relationship management, sales and new business development skills

§  Proficient with various computer software programs including the ability to use recommended desktop planning tools and processes
